General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player") and jatabat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services available through the jatabat website, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional programmes, and the VIP loyalty scheme.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the jatabat platform, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
jatabat operates as an online entertainment platform providing casino games and sports betting services to adults aged 18 and above in Bangladesh. The platform is accessible to players across all eight divisions of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh, as well as players in Cox's Bazar and other regions.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and are binding in their English form. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this Agreement shall prevail. jatabat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice, provided that material changes affecting player rights will be communicated via registered email addresses and in-platform notifications at least 7 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the jatabat platform following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.

Age Restriction & Eligibility
jatabat is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Access to, and use of, all services provided by jatabat is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. There are no exceptions.
By registering an account, you warrant and represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether administered by jatabat or any third-party responsible gaming body;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
- The funds you deposit and wager are not derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
jatabat implements a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process for all new accounts. Age verification is a core component of this process. Players may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence — to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.
Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal functionality may be restricted. jatabat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any point during the account lifecycle if further verification is deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
In the event that jatabat discovers, at any point, that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the verified payment source. Any winnings generated by an underage player during the period of unauthorised use will be forfeited in their entirety. jatabat may also report such instances to relevant authorities where legally required.

Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money gaming and betting services on jatabat, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and preferred payment method. You must ensure that all information provided at registration is truthful and up to date.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jatabat. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jatabat reserves the right to merge or close the duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across those accounts, and in cases of deliberate fraud, permanently ban the player from the platform.
Account credentials — specifically your username and password — are personal to you and must be kept confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. jatabat recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS to add an additional layer of security. In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jatabat immediately at support@jatabat and change your password without delay.
jatabat does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of player accounts to any third party. Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your account, even a family member — is prohibited. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
jatabat reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, particularly where there are grounds to believe that the registration violates any provision of this Agreement or applicable law.
Deposits & Withdrawals
jatabat supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification tier.
All deposits are credited to your jatabat account balance in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. jatabat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are the responsibility of the player.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, provided that method supports outbound transfers. Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to registered Bangladesh bank accounts are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, national holidays, or where additional verification is required.
jatabat conducts routine anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all withdrawal requests. For withdrawals above certain thresholds, enhanced due diligence may be applied and additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is approved. jatabat reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of an AML review.
Players are strictly prohibited from depositing funds on behalf of other players, processing third-party payments through their account, or using jatabat as a financial intermediary in any form. Violation of this rule will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant financial authorities.

Bonus & Promotional Terms
jatabat offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) cricket season. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available.
All bonuses at jatabat are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms. Wagering requirements define the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered using real-money bets before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements on jatabat range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
The following general conditions apply to all bonuses on jatabat unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above. One bonus per player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies unless stated otherwise.
- Opt-in requirement: Most bonuses require explicit opt-in before or at the time of the qualifying deposit. Bonuses cannot be claimed retrospectively after a deposit has already been processed without opting in.
- Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as European Blackjack, baccarat, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Crash games including Aviator contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the stated validity period, which is typically 7–30 days from the date of issue depending on the promotion type.
- Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per game round is ৳1,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
- Withdrawal restriction: Attempting to withdraw funds while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding will result in the bonus balance being forfeited. Only the real-money balance (net of any bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time.
jatabat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus.
Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting patterns designed to eliminate risk from bonus wagering, or the use of automated software to meet wagering requirements — will result in the immediate voiding of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jatabat, you agree to use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and to comply at all times with the terms set out in this Agreement, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jatabat and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with jatabat;
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated betting software to interact with any game or betting market on the platform;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer table games, poker variants, or sports betting markets;
- Money laundering: Using jatabat as a vehicle for processing, concealing, or legitimising funds derived from illegal activity;
- Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or reversals with your payment provider for deposits that have already been wagered. Chargebacks are treated as fraudulent activity and will result in immediate and permanent account closure;
- Exploitation of errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, miscalculated odds, or erroneous bonus credits. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable platform error may be voided;
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive communication toward jatabat staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other channel.
jatabat employs dedicated risk management and fraud detection systems that operate continuously to identify and prevent prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jatabat reserves the right to suspend access to the account, freeze available balances pending investigation, and take all necessary legal and remedial action.
Account Suspension & Closure
Players may request the voluntary closure of their jatabat account at any time by contacting customer support at support@jatabat. Upon receiving a closure request, jatabat will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to the player's registered payment method before finalising the account closure. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — specifically because they feel gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing — are encouraged to request a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure. Self-exclusion provides stronger protections, including blocking re-registration attempts for the duration of the exclusion period. jatabat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for platform-initiated closure include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms & Conditions; detection of fraud or money laundering activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; abusive behaviour toward staff or other players; and receipt of a legal order or regulatory direction requiring account closure.
In the event of a platform-initiated closure due to a breach of these terms, jatabat reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds will not be returned under any circumstances following a breach-related closure.
Limitation of Liability
jatabat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the platform makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, uninterrupted gameplay, and accurate odds and game outcomes, jatabat cannot guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jatabat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from: temporary platform downtime during live betting events; technical errors resulting in delayed bet placement or game loading; connection failures on the player's end attributable to mobile network or ISP issues in Bangladesh; and discrepancies between displayed odds and final settled odds where a manifest error is established.
In all cases where jatabat is found to be liable for a claim arising from the use of the platform, the total aggregate liability of jatabat to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jatabat accepts no responsibility for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings or prizes received through the platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to understand and comply with any tax reporting requirements applicable to gambling winnings under the laws of Bangladesh.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and equity applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through jatabat's internal complaints process should be directed in writing to support@jatabat. jatabat commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
